His day to day focus in on growth of business operations, capital raises to allow that growth and on operational build out of AceCann's manufacturing, R&D and go to market functions.

Luis Brito e Abreu

CFO

Luis is responsible for AceCann’s financial well-being, ensuring our systems work flawlessly. He is responsible for all the financial information, management control and investment opportunities, while supporting the operational end, making the best use of his civil engineering background.

Sebastian de la Rosa

CCO

Sebastian oversees day to day management of AceCann’s premium organic cultivation processes, building on his successful experience in the Canadian market. Sebastian’s passion for cannabis guides AceCann in the production of the best quality cannabis in the European market.

José Ascensão, CSO

CSO

José ensures that every product leaving AceCann’s production facility meets the highest quality standards, a critical aspect in our Company’s path to success. He also leads research and development efforts, driven by the high potential of new medical cannabis delivery platforms and the entry into new disease areas.

Frederico Brito e Abreu

Board Member | Co-Founder

Frederico has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, consulting and management.
He is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Teman Capital, a Private Equity focused in Healthcare and Education.
He has been a Director for Advent International, a consultant at McKinsey & Company and CFO at Cogna (former Kroton Educacional) and helped multiplying net revenues by 165x and market value by 25x. Elected Best CFO in Brazil for five years in a row, has also received the award “40 under 40” for most promising Leaders in Portugal. He is also and independent advisor and business angel in many Education, Tech and Healthcare companies in Europe and Latin America.

Pedro Trinité

Board Member | Co-Founder

Pedro has a large experience as a manager and entrepreneur. He is co-founder and CEO of TTR since 2011 in a business covering Europe & Latam, while holding several positions in other companies and start-ups, mainly in high tech. Previously he worked for Iberpartners, a Private Equity Firm, where he helped to structure and optimize several different businesses. He was previously at Accenture, having participated in projects from UK to Australia. His first experience as an entrepreneur came at the age of 19. Pedro’s personal network spans across the globe in multiple business areas.

Tiago Bartolomeu

Board Member | Co-Founder

Tiago has worked most of his career in the healthcare industry. He leads the Retail business unit of Sandoz France. From 2016 to Sep. 2020 he was General Manager for Sandoz in Portugal and before he was Strategic Planning Head for Spain. He was previously a Board Member in IMS Health Portugal with several consulting and commercial roles and regional Principal for Turkey, Russia and CEE. His consulting career started at McKinsey & Company.
He is experienced in managing large structures and teams and has privileged access to relevant Health stakeholders in Portugal and abroad.

Yoni Meyer

Casa Verde / Board Member

Yoni Meyer is a Partner at Casa Verde, where he is responsible for fundraising, sourcing, diligence, structuring, and portfolio management.
Yoni is also an active advisor in the cannabis space, and sits on the board of four of Casa Verde’s portfolio companies

Prior to Casa Verde, Yoni was a Vice President at Citigroup, where he worked for over seven years in the investment banking division. Yoni worked in both the New York and Hong Kong offices

Project Manager

André manages the construction project throughout its implementation to ensure timely and efficient execution. Afterwards he will become the site manager, responsible to run it as a perfectly well-oiled machine.
